We all strive to make each birthday a memorable occasion.  Unfortunately, many of our efforts are fun while they last but are quickly forgotten.  When we became the owners of Earth & Fire, one of our early objectives was to find a way to make the parties we host something special—something everyone will remember.  Here’s our plan:

EVERYONE RECEIVES A PRESENT!  How often do we go to parties and come away with a gift of our own?  It always happens at Earth & Fire.  Each friend who attends gets to pick a favorite object from our shelves which are loaded with interesting items and then, everyone gets to paint.  Therein lies the fun because some will be surprised that they do so well.  Others will offer creative ideas with clever results while some just have a laugh with chartreuse pirates or pin-striped cats.  Whatever the outcome, the finished product, fired and shiny, will be theirs to keep in about three days.

A PICTURE PERFECT SOUVENIR – We’ve discarded the idea of plates and saucers filled with signatures and substituted something more attractive and useful.  During the festivities we'll take a picture of the party group, have everyone sign a custom frame and, after firing, present the final result to the birthday boy or girl.  There’s more: We offer special accents on these frames so if the honoree excels in sports, or likes animals, the beach or outdoors, our frame will highlight those concepts.  Here’s a bit of personal history that can survive for a lifetime.

JUST THE PARTY YOU WANT AND NEED – Cake or presents at Earth & Fire?  No problem.  Want to serve a pizza when painting is done?  Napoli on the Bay has some of the best in town and they’re a hundred feet away with free delivery.  Call us.  We’ll help you plan a party that’s just right for your group, as simple or complex as you wish it to be.

THE DOWNTOWN ADVANTAGE – Nowhere else in the area will you find so many attractions that can expand your party from memorable to sensational.  Here are some examples:

THE FLOP-FLOP FOLLOW UP – After everyone has painted and had a piece of cake, change into bathing suits at Earth & Fire and head for the beach.  It’s all of eight blocks away with some of the clearest water and whitest sand on Florida's west coast.

CAKE AND A MOVIE – Plan a late afternoon painting session, then take a picnic to Cambier Park or to the beach where Naples Parks and Recreation shows free early evening family movies throughout the year.  Call us for details and planning assistance.

A BIRTHDAY SUNSET – After painting is complete and cake is a memory, travel the nine blocks to the Naples Pier and watch the sunset.  It’s not exactly Mallory Square in Key West but for one who’s celebrating a birthday this is a beautiful way to end a special day.

CAPACITY AND THE COST OF IT ALL – We’re able to seat 34 people comfortably in our studio.  We’re open seven days each week so we can almost always work with your schedule.  Our birthday prices begin at $16.00 per guest.  For groups that are smaller than ten, prices begin at $18.00.  Attendees can chose any object in the studio priced at $16.00 or less.  Attending parents can paint at these same low prices.  All of those special events described just above?  They're free, our way of saying “Thanks for sharing a very special downtown!”

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? – After you’ve selected a date for your party call us for reservations.  We’ll put you on our calendar, discuss details, and, if it’s a really big event, get busy with schedules and arrangements.

ONE MORE THING!  We talk about these parties as though they’re only for kids.  Wrong!  Some of our most successful events involve adults and seniors.  Many didn’t even involve a birthday.  So, call Earth & Fire for any event when good friends, good food, and good times are called for.
